I'm planning the functionality and I have a question. It would be great if you could let me know your thoughts and your school's case.

OA's email template can send personalized emails with mail merge values (legends). When schools send an email template to 100 students at once, what email do the colleagues in CC or BCC want to receive?

Idea 1. Receive all outgoing emails sent to the students.

For example, if schools use an email template and send it to 100 students, the colleague will receive 100 different copies of the email. This is how Gmail does. https://tinyurl.com/26urd586

Idea 2. Receive only one email with the first student's info.

For example, if schools use an email template and send it to 100 students, the colleague will receive 1 copy with the first student's info in the email. This is similar to OA Email Preview.

Idea 3. Receive only one email with the mail merge tag, such as {{applicant_first_name}}.

For example, if schools use an email template and send it to 100 students, the colleague will receive 1 copy with mail merge tags in the email.
