Current Issue: The Feeder School Reference Portal currently mirrors some of the visuals of the applicant portal, which includes quick links to register online, book a tour and sign in as parent portal login options. This design is not tailored for schools and does not represent a secure, professional interface for feeder schools. Requested Change: Develop a dedicated Feeder School Landing Page with: A clean, professional design tailored for school use. Removal of application forms, event bookings and parent portal login options. A focus on secure access to school reference functionality. This update will enhance usability and ensure the portal aligns with the professional expectations of feeder schools.

We would like to be able to make our admissions auto notification messages eg our Offer letters, more attractive, engaging and dynamic. We do not want to replace these auto messages with a CRM campaign as parents often unsubscribe. Is there scope to enable the Advanced editor, or create a similar facility (without the option for parents to unsubscribe) for sending (auto notification) messages directly relating to a child's application from the admissions portal? Currently, when schools email multiple prepared references (e.g., 10–20+) rather than use the reference portal link, each reference must be manually uploaded to the corresponding applicant's profile. This process requires opening each profile, accessing the reference form, uploading the file, and marking it as received—resulting in inefficiency. When dealing with between 500-750+ applicants for one year group, this is virtually impossible. Requested Change: Enable OA users to click and log into the individual schools' reference portal and: Drag and drop multiple reference files directly into the corresponding applicants’ profiles. Automatically mark references as received upon upload. This streamlined process will save significant time and reduce administrative workload.

Current feeder school reference email templates lack basic functionality found in standard email templates. They can only be accessed through individual applicant profiles, with no preview option available. Formatting is limited to HTML coding, making the process inefficient and not user-friendly. Centralised access via the 'Templates' section. Options to create folders for organisation. User-friendly editing tools with formatting and preview functionality. This enhancement will improve efficiency and usability

We are nearing the end of 2 weeks of intake assessments. When I want to mark the 'interview' as eg complete, I have to access each individual pupil's record to change the status. We are a relatively small prep school and this still takes a great deal of time. Please can you implement a method to bulk update the 'interview' status field (similar to the bulk update of open event status Attended, Not Attended etc).

It would be useful to be able to view due dates on the checklist view eg https://blackheathprep.openapply.com/admin/checklist/11914 (in addition to Requirements, Conditional, Applicable Statuses) and to be able to edit them in bulk on this page. Currently I have to go into each checklist item to view and change the dates which is very time consuming. Especially when I have multiple 'occasional vacancy' pupils at various different admissions stages for each of the programmes. This information is currently being recorded elsewhere to keep track of all my different due dates and where I have multiple deadlines for the same programme, I am unable to use the checklist due dates facility at all.

"More flexibility is needed in the tour booking protocols. Currently, tours can only be booked if they are a 'checklist' item, causing confusion for parents who have already visited on an open day. This results in unnecessary bookings, taking up spaces needed for parents who have not yet visited. Can we allow tour bookings independently of the checklist to avoid this issue?"

It would be beneficial if senders had the option to choose between sending one email per family or one per child. Currently, families with multiple children, 4 or 5 sometimes, receive the same email multiple times when we send out whole school communications.

"The 'submit' button for checklist actions is causing confusion for parents as it states 'submit application.' Can we either change it to 'submit' or make it configurable based on the specific checklist task?"

It would be very useful for us to be able to cc other colleagues (OA admins) when using the email templates from OA.
