Is there any way to have an additional status available? This would be to either differentiate "newly enrolled" who are actually attending from newly enrolled who have not yet started. The current option we have is a sub status under accepted but to differentiate easily this in between status of definitely joining and deposit paid but not yet started would really help.

It would be really beneficial if we could have an auto confirmation reminder of visit booked such as those you might receive from the hairdresser or doctor to your email and text.

How about adding a general email TAB to the top of the Families menu, where you can filter families by status, i.e. Enrolled. This will allow general emails to be sent to families but only one to each of the emails on record instead of one per student per email.

We would like to be able to make our admissions auto notification messages eg our Offer letters, more attractive, engaging and dynamic. We do not want to replace these auto messages with a CRM campaign as parents often unsubscribe. Is there scope to enable the Advanced editor, or create a similar facility (without the option for parents to unsubscribe) for sending (auto notification) messages directly relating to a child's application from the admissions portal? Create surveys for parents and alumni to gather feedback for your school, and analyze the results. Will be available in the Advancement module.

It would be helpful to see the date that school references had been sent, this makes audit and follow up easier. If we could also view the content of emails sent to individual schools, that would be a great help. Thanks

It would be good to use the CRM for our contacts in the agent directory. Currently we have to use a different system. Thanks!

It would be great to be able to filter within the agent directory - a bit like the roster for applicants/students.  To filter by type of agent ie boarding agent, relocation agent, education consultant

The data analytics enquiry and conversion funnel do not support data analysis of "enrolment grade" thus making it almost impossible to view accurate historical data without having to download all raw data. Please include enrolment grade in all data analytics.

Hello, It would save us so much time if we could copy our colleagues who are in charge of recruitment to our Acceptance email templates. We would not have to send them a separate note to inform them the email has been sent to the family. Additionally, when the family replies to our email it would automatically inlcude them if we have the option to cc them, Best regards, Elisa
