Being able to copy colleague with OA access in email templates

Hello,
It would save us so much time if we could copy our colleagues who are in charge of recruitment to our Acceptance email templates.
We would not have to send them a separate note to inform them the email has been sent to the family.
Additionally, when the family replies to our email it would automatically inlcude them if we have the option to cc them,
