The system doesn't currently allow to change the capacity per grade and per school year and it's a big miss.

I have been suggested to use my own spreadsheet which is not a software solution but instead a quick fix. My team and other departments needs to easily where we stand year on year and also for reporting purpose.

We do have in year admissions which blocks us from changing the capacity for next year already for example.

Surely lots of school needs to amend this yearly with growth of cohorts and whether they decide to open or close a classroom.
