Check List Items; Amend the text for 'submit application' button

"The 'submit' button for checklist actions is causing confusion for parents as it states 'submit application.' Can we either change it to 'submit' or make it configurable based on the specific checklist task?"

So on the form created for the checklist item. The parent completes the info on first page then clicks ‘submit’ it takes them to page two - review the content and a button says ‘submit application’ this is not an application but just a form to confirm details or submit further info. It would be useful if these buttons could be configured for each form or just say ‘submit’ for all.
