Move "Mark this as an internal note" or "Notify Applicant & Family via email" right on top (above Cc:) to choose recipients first.

Hi we’ve added a new send email function at the top of the individual student page. You can choose a template or create a new message by clicking it. This can replace the Notify Family via Notes feature. With this new feature, do you still need to move the tick field up?
