To prevent sending emails to the wrong student using saved template, consider implementing a more user-friendly interface: include a "Send Email Using Saved Template" function on the individual student page. This enhancement will ensure accurate communication by allowing school users to send predefined emails to the correct one.

Yes! This would be very helpful. I tend to use email rather than OpenApply to send messages to individual families, as there are no templates in the individual student page in OA but I do have templates in my Gmail account.

Hi Steven, Thank you for your prompt reply. Yes, " use messages template on the individual applicant's profile". Currently, the messages template only available on student roster instead of student's profile.
