Two notes:

1) We have students who are not required to pay the application fee (either up front or at all), so we currently have to cancel the invoice manually once they apply. This also occurs with re-enrollment. Having the option for conditional logic for who needs to pay the application fee would be helpful, i.e., if they select "scholarship" in a field on the application form, they are not invoiced.

2) The required deadline for the invoice period creates challenges, as we do not have a specific deadline for the application fee. As it is required, we set it for 30 days, but then this applies also to the registration fee for re-enrollment, which has a specific deadline. More flexibility in setting different dates and/or not having a date would be welcome.

Hi! I have just seen the new feature regarding customizing the invoices. In addition to the changes made, we wish there would be a way to edit also the name and address of the recipient within the applicant profile.

For example, we have many families who would like their invoices/receipts to show their Embassy details and their Embassy addresses, however, we cannot change the name in the invoices, since the parent details are automatically taken over. We then have to manually adjust the invoices after downloading them from Open apply, or create completely separate ones form scratch since this feature does not exist in OA. At the moment, we can only change the dates and the amounts on the invoices/receipts through the applicant profiles. It would be incredibly helpful if such a feature would exist, and would save us, the families, and our finance department a lot of headache, especially when families have specific format requests regarding the recipients details.

please consider to include itemised invoices for clarity of parents paying the amount. Thnx!
