It would be really beneficial if we could have an auto confirmation reminder of visit booked such as those you might receive from the hairdresser or doctor to your email and text.

Yes - we would also find automated visit reminders beneficial - we have to manually do this at the moment and if we don't get a chance to send the reminder people don't show up, taking up slot from others.

We find text messages get the best response and would love this facility as it takes me a significant amount of time or organise through (yet) another piece of software. Parents just don't respond to email reminders...

We would really appreciate the opportunity to send email reminders about visits and tours, as we currently do this manually, this change would make it much more convenient. We do not use text for parents at the moment so having the email option would be great for us.
