Have option to chose names and enter them into the email automatically rather than typing the names out every time

Currently the text is: First sentence: A note has been left for ...: Then comes the "note". Last sentence: To view or reply to this note, click here: ... We would need to amend and and add German translation for the first and last sentence.

It would be valuable to include merge fields in notes when sending to parents. For their salutation, it requires a check in the parent details tab first, which is not efficient. It would be helpful to also have merge fields for applicant. Secondly, can we have a template to automatically 'sign off' the note/email to parents, similar to email templates.

We could easily find the tags that we want if they can be listed alphabetically.

To prevent sending emails to the wrong student using saved template, consider implementing a more user-friendly interface: include a "Send Email Using Saved Template" function on the individual student page. This enhancement will ensure accurate communication by allowing school users to send predefined emails to the correct one.

The Not Proceeding Status on the parent app is very harsh - could the red and the no entry sign be changed?

We'll be creating an easy way for applicants to re-apply.

We have been trying to amend the gender selection in our school application form and registration of interest to add non-binary, however we are unable to do that. As as school we need to be inclusive of our prospective students. Could this please be amended?
